Child Safety & Protection Policy

Mingle254 is committed to maintaining a safe platform for users and has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, trafficking, exploitation, or any other conduct that endangers minors.
1. Adults-only platform
Mingle254 is strictly intended for adults aged 18 and over. Minors are not permitted to create accounts, access, or use the platform.
We may suspend, restrict, or permanently remove accounts that appear to belong to underage users or accounts involved in misrepresenting age.
2. Zero-tolerance policy
We strictly prohibit:
- child sexual abuse material (CSAM);
- sexual exploitation or abuse of minors;
- grooming, enticement, or predatory behavior toward minors;
- sexualized conversations, threats, or coercion involving minors;
- trafficking, extortion, or exploitation involving children or vulnerable persons;
- any attempt to use the platform to endanger, exploit, or harm minors.
3. Reporting and in-app safety tools
Mingle254 provides in-app tools that allow users to report accounts, behavior, content, or conversations that may violate our rules or raise child safety concerns.
Users can also use blocking and reporting features to help protect themselves and others.
4. Review, moderation, and enforcement
When we receive a report or otherwise become aware of possible child safety concerns, we may review relevant profile information, account activity, messages, uploads, and related records as reasonably necessary to investigate and protect users.
We may take enforcement action including content removal, account restriction, suspension, permanent account termination, and preservation of evidence where appropriate.
5. Cooperation with authorities
Mingle254 complies with applicable child safety laws and cooperates with relevant law enforcement, regulators, and child protection authorities where required.
Where legally necessary or appropriate, we may report child sexual abuse and exploitation material, suspected grooming, exploitation, or other harmful conduct to the relevant authorities.
6. User responsibilities
All users must:
- be at least 18 years old;
- avoid uploading, sending, requesting, or storing prohibited content;
- report suspected child endangerment, grooming, or exploitative behavior immediately;
- comply with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and platform safety rules.
